“Back in September of 2014 at The Springtime Ball I met a girl in a long red dress, who unfortunately was a Port Adelaide supporter AND dancing the foxtrot with my elder brother. However, 3 and a ½ years on…we are happily married, she is still a Port supporter (much to my disgust), but no longer dances with my brother.
Who knew a charity ball, in a quaint country town would change our lives forever!!!”

“Joel and I met at the first Jolly Good Event on the 14th September 2013. I was so excited to go, not only for the good cause, but to learn a new, old-fashioned dance. Joel came up to my friend and I and asked if either of us would like to dance, so I volunteered (and being the gentleman that he is, he found someone to dance with my friend). We talked and danced all night, and then he asked me out. Ten years later we have travelled and moved all over the world, gotten married, have an amazing beautiful little boy, our dream home and a beautiful puppy. We would like to thank Bonnie for all the hard work and time that go into these events. We have loved going to them and dancing the night away! Bring on the new Jolly Good Events!”
